Goa Tourism, will it get going this up and coming season?

Covid-19 has hit all all for 6 and we are trying to cope with the 'new normal' of social distancing and sanitising. How has this affected Goa Tourism? Well obviously its dead on its feet and us for one are not too excited about trying to get it going again until the time is right where there is limited risk.

Larger multi platform companies are pushing for tourism to start but are we really ready? I dont think so. From Monday 25th flights are allowed to come into Dabolim airport but as hotels and guest houses are closed there should still be no tourists on those flights (we hope so anyway).

However it wont be long until the flood gates open and as usual will take everyone in Goa by surprise, many people will be totally unprepared. We are getting ahead of the game at AbraCasaGoa. Today we have placed our orders for sanitiser kits so that before check in ALL properties will have light switches, remotes, surfaces, handles linen, furniture etc etc sanitised. Hand sanitisers have been ordered and also masks for guests. We are preparing for accepting guests and providing little or no risk to customers or AbraCasa staff.

Stay Safe everyone.

You may soon be seeing a poster like this in our properties, just to remind everyone that the word for now has changed.
