What are the check-in & check times?

Check-in time is 2:00 pm Check out time is 11:00 am It may be possible to check in early or check out late of your accommodation for a small fee. The greater the notice, the greater the availability of extending your stay. If you require an early check-in / late checkout, we have to block the calander.

When do I pay for my booking?

We ask for a 30% initial deposit to secure the accommodation. Final Payment has to be settled 30 days before your arrival date.

What are the cancellation/amendment fees?

If you cancel between 30 and 15 day before your stay you receive a 75% refund. If you cancel between 15 and 7 days before your stay you receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 7 days before our stay there are no refunds considered. If a guest cancelled outside of the 30 day period, any money being held by AbraCasaGoa will be refunded minus a minimum of INR1500 administration fee (or equivalent).

What do I do if I cannot figure out how to work the TV, or something is broken?

Hopefully everything should be in order for your stay however on occasion there may be something that you need assistance with. All properties should have an information folder which details how appliances work. If you are unsure or require any assistance during your stay you can also refer to your HelloHere App where simple instructional videos are placed. The HelloHere App has instant meassaging built into it. Please do not voice call unless urgent.

Is it possible to pre-order some basic supplies that will be placed in the accommodation before our arrival?

Yes we can arrange this for you. We need at least 24hrs notice and all orders have to be paid online t the time of ordering. Please refer to our extra services page.
